United Against Poverty will be the beneficiary of our Monsters Brawl event on October 21st at Walking Tree Brewery. Please bring any non-perishable food items and supply the Emergency Pantry to help families that are facing crisis.
An Emergency Food Pantry is an important part of the operations for any community service agency. It is when food pantries become the primary long term source of assistance for a family that the good intentions of neighbors, churches and agencies actually contribute to generational poverty.
United Against Poverty partners with dozens of other community organizations to not only meet immediate food needs for families struggling to put food on the table, but also address health challenges and connect families with resources that will break the terrible cycle of poverty.
All attendees to our show who donate non-perishable items will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the complete set of our IGNITE Wresting trading cards ($100+ value) and of course, our gratitude for helping your neighbors in need.
United Against Poverty is a registered 501c3 nonprofit with campuses in Indian River County, Orlando, and St. Lucie County Florida. Our mission is to serve those in poverty by providing crisis care, case management, transformative education, food and household subsidy, employment training and active referrals to other collaborative social service providers.
